Established in the year 2020 “Oceanlust” is the brainchild of Ayesh Ranawake – an avid and passionate individual who has made it his life’s mission to protect the sea that nourishes us. His dream created a storm the likes of which we have never seen before – the birth of Sri Lanka’s first ever ocean based e-magazine.
Oceanlust magazine spearheads a range of topics that include Ocean Plastics, the Marine Environment, Sri Lanka as an Island, Fisheries and Marine Tourism. With professional, industry journalists and photographers contributing to our editions, along with our exceptionally dedicated in-house team, we pride ourselves on our content, photography, news and other endeavours.
The Oceanlust experience goes far beyond our magazine to our presence online on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, as well as our extensive “Say No to Plastic” campaigns and launches.
